Shipping & Delivery

Once you have placed an order we will endeavour to despatch the items as soon as possible, subject to card authorisation and availability. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Sweden.

All orders to the EU will be despatched via UPS. We recommend you use a daytime address so there is someone available to sign for the parcel.
We aim to despatch orders from our Warehouse in Sweden in 2-3 days from order confirmation. Delivery takes roughly 3-4 days in the EU.

Standard delivery - £4.95 / €5.90 / 49 SEK / 45DKK

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver orders outside of the EU.

Returns & Replacements

We are happy to exchange or refund items that don't fit or that are not suitable if returned within 14 days in original condition and packaging. Please contact us by telephone or email if you require an exchange so we can check the item is in stock. Currently we are unable to provide a free return service. Please be aware that refunds can take up to 14 days to process in our system.

Returns need to be sent back to our UK office, you will receive a returns label with your order. Please state with the return whether you require a refund or exchange.
