HOW TO USE THE SKI TRAINER?
The Ski trainer has two door stops, simply fasten the product in the door or around a hook in the wall and then grip the handles to get started. The movement should be as shown on the sketch. The Ski trainer mimics the cross-country movement and makes it possible for your to get in all of these miles needed to prepare for the cross-country ski season.
WHEN SHOULD I START TO PREPARE FOR CROSS-COUNTRY SKI SEASON?
Jogging, cycling and other endurance sports are a good way of preparing for cross-country skiing. If you are planning to go cross-country skiing next winter, it is recommended to start training in summer or autumn. As well as endurance training, balance and stretching are also important.
