I was competing in alpine skiing world cup for 13 years and retired after the olympic games in Socchi 2014. As a professional sports woman physical training was the main part of my life for many years and I’m still addicted to any kind of sport. Of course skiing, but I also enjoy any kind of endurance Training, Pilates and Yoga.

Training to me means freedom, time to come down and just feel your body.

What is your best training tips?

Change between more intensive workouts, softer workouts and time for regeneration. Never forget to stretch and lengthen your muscles and mobilise your spine.

What's your favorite type of training?

I like the variety. For example: one day endurance Training and the other day Pilates to form your body and get strength.

Best Casall tool and why?

I like the Training ring. You can easily take it with you and it helps to make your exercises much more intense.

What does top perfomance mean to you?

As a performance Athlete the top performance was given when I was on top of the podium at the end of the competition. Now it means to me the great and healthy feeling after a good workout.

What does Forever Better mean to you?

Stay active, always try to improve and search for new things.

What does Life in Balance mean to you?

The perfect combination between work, family, training and the feeling of a healthy lifestyle.

A Life in Balance is the perfect combination between work, family, training and the feeling of a healthy lifestyle.
