I plan my workout in the best way so I develop more and more every year.
How does your training routine look like?
Jogging 10min , stretch/gymnastics, my workout starts ( 90-120min), spin down 10min, stretch/gymnastics 10min.
What are your goals for the future?
European indoor championship (seniors) 2019
U23 European Championship 2019
My focus is to keep me safe from injuries and develop every year so that I can reach all international championships (World European Olympics) and be a finalist or top 10 in Heptathlon.
What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?
Foam roll, elastics, pressure ball, headphones.
Why is Rest and Recovery important to your performance?
To recover for the next training so that I can get everything out during the training and competition.
