Nature, sunshine, open spaces, quietness, yoga, good music and good company.
How do you create balance in your life?
I try to have the whole lifestyle pure and balanced, starting with my thoughts, food, living space, work and of course, the yoga practice, aromatherapy and music uplifts me even more.
What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?
I like the idea of living free of any dependency, but if I’d have to choose a favourite piece of kit, that would be the yoga mat.
What are your goals for the future?
Enjoy life more.

Any kind and authentic person inspires me, because it makes me want to become a better person.
