People overcoming themselves and thriving. My community and the wellness community as a whole. There is so much powerful knowledge to be learnt. Dreaming drives me; after all dreaming is a form of planning and this girl loves a plan!
What's next in training?
Mobility and mindfulness training. Working towards smart recovery and learning to work with our bodies not against them.
What makes you happy?
Waking up next to my fiancé, my morning matcha followed by meditation and yoga. Getting to do job I love, helping people feel good in their bodies and with their life.
How do you create balance in your life?
Being mindful of my time and what truly creates joy in my life. Making self-care a priority and putting myself first so that I can show up fully for my students, clients and family.
What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?
Essential Tights, they are my "go-to" I live in them!
What are your goals for the future?
To build a business that drives others and leads them to live there most nourishing life. Helping spread goodness, I believe it’s really important to live a full and happy life and I want to share that with everyone.
Who inspires you and why?
My community, my students, my clients -- there is something new I learn from them every single day.
