What drives you?
To develop myself as a personal trainer, group instructor and also in my own training. My own training consists of Functional Strength Training, Crossfit and Triathlon.
I love the variety of the different training types which keeps me inspired and motivated to keep improving.
What's next in training?
More and more people that are training in their daily life are participating in different races. I also see that the interest for training out from function is growing. Within sports for youths I see the interest for help with more sport specific training with focus on function is growing. In my own training I´ve just finished my first “En svensk klassiker” and Triathlon on a Olympic distance and I'm now aiming for longer-distance-races.
What makes you happy?
My family/relatives/friends, training, dancing, enjoying food, music, to see people developing on different levels and reach goals that they didn't think were possible to achieve.
How do you create balance in your life?
I try to mix my active life, including a lot of work and training, with time with my family and friends. Going for a walk, having a good coffee or other situations in life where I can “just be”.
What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?
Tights for training.
What are your goals for the future?
To continue to develop in my work as a STAC Elittrainer and to work with more and more clients with a clear intention to reach there goal. In my own training the goal for the future is Ironman 2020.
Who inspires you and why?
My colleague and friend Kristin. She has a way of always being able to see things from the bright side, in a very genuine way. She is also a role model in the way she lives here active life and here way to meet clients in the gym, acting around here family and other colleagues. An extra ordinary charisma, fulltime
