What drives you?
Living a healthy lifestyle with awareness of my body mind and soul. I focus my intentions on eating healthy and living a conscious lifestyle. Being mindful and aware helps me to fully love and accept myself. I am passionate about helping to guide others, so that they may also get to a place within where they love themselves for who they are.
What’s next in training?
As well as being a qualified yoga instructor, I have recently done the training for atheticflow, which I will be teaching at various studios in Berlin. I am looking to grow my online following so that I am able to reach people worldwide.
What makes you happy?
I love sports of every kind, especially being outdoors. I am passionate about hiking, watersports, yoga and functional training. To connect with people on a deeper level is important to me, having deeper conversations with my friends, as well as having a good laugh.
How do you create balance in your life?
I find balance in nature, meditations, vegan food, traveling and listening to music. I am very aware of my own stress levels and I know what to do in order to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?
My Power bands of course, as well as my foam roll set and my sling trainer. I love these items, as they are light and handy to travel with. A definite must on my travel list .
What are your goals for the future?
Like most people I want to live my dreams. My dreams consist of having my own personal training studio, as well as creating programs online to be able to reach as many people as possible.
Who inspires you and why?
I find inspiration in so many things. From nature, to beautiful people, to books that I have read. A few of my ultimate idols include Amanda Bisk and Alexia Clark. Amanda inspires me through her track and field training, and because yoga helped her in her healing process. Alexia is the founder of incredible work outs, that not only challenge your body but also your mind.
