To spread low impact training to the world! I absolutely love helping people get over injuries that have affected their lives through the LIT Method.

Spreading brand awareness of LIT Method and changing the way people approach fitness. Creating a worldwide community through our online training platform where people can go for motivation and share their fitness journey!
What makes you happy?
Spending time with my family and traveling the world! I believe in a well-balanced life of working out, eating well, and experiencing the world!
How do you create balance in your life?
By taking time for myself no matter what. As fitness professionals we tend to soak all of our time and energy into our clients, while forgetting about ourselves! If you schedule time for yourself, you will avoid the dreaded burnout!

Who inspires you and why?
My father in-law. He moved to the United States with nothing in his pockets and all odds against him. He created a national brand that focused on helping people live long and healthy lives.
