What drives you?
There are many things that drives me to practice yoga. I think the most important factor is that I know, by experience, that through practicing yoga, my body and mind will get stronger and more stable. Even on days that are harder than others, when my body or mind is totally out of place and shape, I always feel better after my practice or other forms of training.
And that feeling after practice gives me the perfect way to start the day and keep me balanced the rest of the day. It is also important for me to maintain a daily practice so I am prepared to teach and share my knowledge in the best way. After many years of being a professional dancer and yogi, dancing and yoga is not something I do just to keep in shape. It has also become a part of who I am. It makes me complete.
What’s next in training?
As yoga is my main form of training, I don’t like to have goals. That will take the beauty of the yoga practice away, since yoga is so much more than just physical practice. The meditative aspect of it is also very important for me.
When that is said, its is always some thing I can work more on and improve. At the moment I try to incorporate handstands and different arm balances in my practice, so I have for sure some a lot to work ahead me.
What makes you happy?
I can find joy and happiness in so many things in life. From teaching and helping others through their practice, eating a wonderful meal or Italian gelato, reading a good book, be with my family and friends , training , taking a walk in the forest or going to a good concert. And the list goes on and on.
How do you create balance in your life?
I think to have a daily yoga practice and eating healthy food is the key factors that helps me to create balance in life. But it cant be to ascetic either, then I will loose my mind .

What are your goals for the future?
My goals for the future is to become an inspiring and good teacher as possible. I want to share my knowledge and joy of what yoga can do to your body and mind. It's a very good way of living and I think more people should have the opportunity to experience that. Yoga is a very good tool to calm the mind and get a strong body which can help us to create balance in life.
Who inspires you and why?
One of my favorite teachers, Petri Raisanen from Finland, is a big inspiration for me. His knowledge, presence and healing perspective on yoga is truly inspiring and I try my best to incorporate what I have learned from him in my teaching.
