To be honest, my job It’s the most important thing in my life. Health, wellness and helping people around the world makes me feel happy and motivated.

I think Functional training, pilates and yoga are good combination for health and wellness. Work with your own body.
What makes you happy?
Being healthy, enjoy the food, beach, sun, friends. Have a balance in life. Be happy with your work.
How do you create balance in your life?
I create my balance listening to my body and mind. Having a good nutrition, good sport. Being healthy for all things.
What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?
My workout clothes.
What are your goals for the future?
Create my own company around the world. Working through internet, online It’s the future.
Who inspires you and why?
Many people inspire me but if I have to say someone, it would be my husband. He is the one who inspires me every day, because he is an entrepreneur, positive and he is a man who is not afraid of taking risks.
