I want to inspire you to move better and change the way you look at fitness and making it a natural part of your life. Training should be something you look forward to every day.

My name is Frida Hallqvist and I am Swedish training- and health-expert living in Copenhagen. I’m a former ballet dancer and the founder of Pulsing Barre, which is a workout routine based on my background as a master pilates teacher and ballet dancer. My goal is to inspire you to move better and change the way you look at fitness and making it a natural part of your life. The one thing you look forward to every day. As a mother of two small boys I know how important it is to stay healthy in both your body and mind, to be able to enjoy life as much as possible and staying on top of things. Besides teaching my exclusive bootcamps I’m also the author of 3 bestselling books about training and with healthy recipes.

I created my own fitness APP - BODYbyFRIDA with over hundreds of different workouts and an Online Bootcamp for weight loss. The APP is only in danish right now, but the English version is launching soon. 

It’s never going to get easier, you will just get stronger!

What is your best training tips?

30 push-ups every day, is keeping me fit in a busy life. Learn to go into “the pain” dont move away from it. It won’t kill you, it will only make you stronger. 

Whats your favorite type of training?

My very own Pulsing Barre program that I teach 4 classes every week. I love to workout in hot temperatures, around 37 degrees is ideal. I also love running. It’s my meditation and my “me-time”.

Best Casall tool and why?

The rubber bands are my absolute favourite tools. It really shapes the body in an effective way and its super fun and easy to use. I always have it with me when I travel!
