Kristian is a professional coach and practical educator within the fields of physical rehabilitation, human function and performance. Kristian’s belief is that everyone can be an athlete in terms of being more athletic and self-confident in how to move efficiently.

The road to success is different for each client, so he prefers to blend and fuse different training forms and tools into one depending on the client.

He has experience as a Strength & Conditioning Coach from the Russian Kontinental Hockey League (KHL), Sweden’s most successful sports academy Frolunda HC and individual training with NHL hockey players and European top-level soccer players.

The foundation of human function, performance and longevity is movement efficiency, which will enhance physical well-being and quality of life for all of us.

What is your best training tips?

Prioritize quality over quantity in training and movements in general. Make sure to target your weaknesses, listen to your body’s reaction and learn how to breath properly.

What's your favorite type of training?

Unilateral movements incorporated in a circuit type of training. Unilateral movements because that’svery functional and similar to human movements outside the gym, and circuits because it’s time efficient and you get a really good workout in just 15-30 minutes.

Best Casall tool and why?

HIT weight vest. Once you master the body weight movements in three planes of motion the weight vest offers a perfect external load and variability. Pair the weight vest with a medicine ball and you can come a long way!

What does top perfomance mean to you?

Top performance is different for everyone. All of us wants to be able to function and perform at a top level no matter if your aim is elite sports or everyday life. The only difference is that the risk is way higher in elite sports, and the athletes are willing to risk everything to compete at that level. To me top performance is to be able to have an athletic body and lifestyle, that allows me to do close to anything I want.

What does Forever Better mean to you?

Throughout the life you can always improve and learn, whether that’s knowledge or physical ability. Don’t stress out because you’re not where you want to be – you got plenty of time get there one step and day at the time.

What does Life in Balance mean to you?

That you have the ability and awareness to stop and listen to your body and your surroundings. Do you need to stress down? Rest? Get moving? Stretch? Work? Spend time on your relationships? Being true to yourself is a good navigation tool to what you need.

To me, Life in Balance means that you have a balance between work, movement, recovery and relationships, which is in line with how you want to live your life and spend your time.
