STEP 1 - INTENTION
The routine of gathering before a call, meeting, task or training is summarized in the method of "setting the intention". To set the intention is to consciously gather and organize your thoughts and energy towards what is important and sustainable - against who you want to be and what you want to give.GO TO STEP 1
STEP 2 - RELAXATION
This will help you to organise your energy wisely while avoiding the risk of exhaustion & depression. We deep-dive into how stress and recovery actually affects you and showcase how creativity, happiness, to enjoy your work and relationships are strengthened when you find balance in your life.GO TO STEP 2
STEP 3 - MEANINGFULNESS
You need to know what to put all your energy into once you are able to steer your attention and keep calm. If you set up meaningful goals based on your purpose instead of focusing on results and confirmation from others, you are more likely to achieve them. Once you know why a goal is important for you it is so much easier to act on it. Stress and problems decrease and possibilities increase.go to step 3
STEP 4 - MINDFULNESS
All development and changes starts with an inner dialogue. Mindfulness helps you to recognise thoughts without making them feel too intimidating and without making you feel you need to act on them. You will become better at distancing yourself from your thoughts and to separate which ones are helpful and which ones are not.go to step 4
STEP 5 - EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE
You can train up your ability to feel without losing yourself in all feelings, you can even learn how to use different emotions to control your energy. Above all you can improve the most important things there are: to be able to understand and manage other people's emotions, build relationships and help people around you to feel better.go to step 5
STEP 6 - RESISTANCE & OBSTACLES
The ability to not only speed up but also to identify and overcome obstacles, is key when organising your energy wisely. This training helps you to be strategic and to have the courage to work smarter instead of harder. Break old habits, stand steady and face the truth when it is needed.go to step 6
STEP 7 - INTEGRATION
How can healthy routines, insights and behaviours make you more in touch with reality and your inner resources. Ultimately becoming a natural part opf your life, and who you are for yourself and for others. There are ways of approaching an ever changing world. You will learn about functional routines that will make you ready to take on anything uncertain in your life and as an result you will find stability.go to step 7
STEP 8 - REFLECTION
It is important to be able to see what you have, to see the big picture in a constructive manner and to celebrate your victories. We will look at tools for feedback and appreciation, and we will explain why your feeling of gratitude will strengthen both your immune system, relationships and creativity. We will finish with showing how you can share your new insights - making them even more valuable.
Cecilia is a wellknown and experienced psychologist, author and mental trainer, specialized within health psychology and leadership. She coaches leaders, elite athletes and highperforming teams but she also leads quiet retreats for people that needs to take a break from all of the "to-do's" and make room for inner reflection.
She works globally but lives on a farm in the middle of Sweden, this is where she focuses on what is most important - family, work and a lifestyle filled of yoga, nature and authorship. She has created an oasis for studies, writing, coaching, training and recovery. She says that she lives her dream life when she can go straight from bed to her writing courner, to her coaching reception to the yoga mat, from her garden to her kitchen and from meetings with the outside world to quality time with her family.
