Skiiing Mals

I was born in 1997 and have 2 citizenships, Sweden and Italy. My mom, is Swedish and my dad from Italy. My passion is Alpine Skiing and my dream is to be at the of the World cup. I am skiing my 2nd year for the Swedish National Team.

What does Forever Better mean to you?  

When you think you reached your best, but still can do better because there are no limits, you can always do more.

How does your training routine look like?  

I train at least twice a day on a daily routine. In a year I train 150 days on snow and the rest of the year I train to get fit for the long Ski- season.

What are your goals for the future?  

Participate at the next Olympic Games and race on the highest level in WorldCup.

What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?

My Racing-skis, and Foam Roller.

What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?

A Casall foam roll, rubber band and my Head-Skis.

Why is Rest and Recovery important to your performance?

It´s important because you get tired and lose focus and that can lead to danger injuries, especially when you go 130km/h.
