What does Forever Better mean to you?

Forever better for me means that you always try to reach new and higher goals and to always Improve.

How does your training routine look like?

My training routine: I like to do my workout in the morning, usually around 9:00. That gives me time to really wake up and make a good breakfast. This Is what It looks like in the summer when I get to decide on my own. Then during the hockey season my routine really depends on the team I’m playing for. But even during the season I like to create my own routine, even though I must create them according to the schedule that the team has.

What are your goals for the future?

My goals for the future Is to reach as far as possible with my hockey career and to work hard every day to reach my goal.

What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?

A Procedos 3D Platform and a foam roller.

Why is Rest and Recovery important to your performance?

Because of the amount and how hard I train, rest and recovery Is one of the most Important things. If I don’t rest or recover enough, Its Impossible for me to work hard every day. And If I can´t perform at 100% every day my workouts Is not going to make me better and If I don’t get better every day It´s Impossible for me to reach my goals.
