Surround myself with people who are an inspiration to me, either because they teach me new things or because they help me to improve in many aspects of my life.
What’s next in training?
I believe that the future of training is to develop integrative methods. Methods in which body training, nutrition, meditation and self-knowledge are developed in a balanced way.
What makes you happy?
Travel and discover new places, surround myself by nature, be close to the sea, share special moments with the people that I love, connect with others and feel that my work and my lifestyle become an inspiration for more people.
How do you create balance in your life?
I try to find balance in my life by practicing sport every day, eating healthy and surrounding myself with good people.
What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?
I think I couldn’t live without fruits.
What are your goals for the future?
Live each day in a conscious way, grow in my knowledge of nutrition, develop new skills in relation to sports, learn new languages, live in a foreign country and be a mother and create my own family.
Who inspires you and why?
I’m inspired by people who don’t tell to others what they have to do, but through their example and their ability to influence make others to get their best version.
