Progress. Mental progress. Understanding my role in the Universe. Usually it comes through physical training and constancy. Flexible mind in a flexible body.
What’s next in training?
Props are the new trend. I'm a Dharma Yoga Wheel certified, I use the wheel in my classes to get deeper backbends and to bring my students to new places that can't be experiemented only with the body.
What makes you happy?
Not easy to answer, finding the perfection in the imperfection, simplicity and the feeling of success.
How do you create balance in your life?
Oh, this one is easy. Creating habits. HEALTHY habits. And I could only choose one, I would say getting up early and do my yoga self-practice.
What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?
A yoga mat with a good grip.
What are your goals for the future?
Woho! Inspire others.

I'm inspired by the real stories, the ones that you can say "I have found myself in the same situation, and I will overcome it just like him or her".
