To make people the best version of them self, in sport and in food. For me: It is to make my body healthy and get more Power. Dedicated to helping you achieve your sport & food goals. Go got already the POWER inside of you!
What’s next in training?
To build up the combination of running, yoga and cycling on higher level.
What makes you happy?
The small thing in life. There is always something good in every day. Catch it. Above all else, we need to love. We need to love who we are.
How do you create balance in your life?
A little bit of it every day. Breaking up your big goals into smallers. These little steps we take erveryday bring us closer to what we want. Reconnect with yourself. Make time for yourself. Be positive!
What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?
Easy one, my children and my men.
What are your goals for the future?
To develop myself into a Power sportcoach for everybody who need it.
Who inspires you and why?
Not an easy one, I think, I get inspiration to be the best I can be, not from a desire to emulate someone else. Just be yourself.
