The blue of the ocean, the green of the meadows, the mountains with snowfall, the music, the solitude and sharing good moments that good people.
What’s next in training?
I just have to go with the flow and let my breath lead me.
What makes you happy?
It makes me happy to live where I live, to spend time with the people I love and loves me. Travel the world and meet people. Take the life I lead. I try every day that goes by, review the day, and see what I did not like and did not make me happy that day, so I try to modify it.
How do you create balance in your life?
Leading a life in balance between healthy ood, physical exercise, mental exercise and yoga. I get up early morning , i meditate and i do my personal yoga practive. This help me to implement effective strategies to balance, optimize and maximize my life .
What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?
Line 7/8 tights leggins. I spend the day in leggings, and these allow me to go elegant and comfortable all day
What are your goals for the future?
I just know how blessed I am to have the lifestyle I have,I don’t take it for granted. So I just get up and do everything I can do to make myself the best person and the best yoga teacher I can be.”
Who inspires you and why?
I am inspired by many of my friends, great people and entrepreneurs. the people who fight for their dreams and live the life they want to live. People with values, who work to achieve their challenges.
