What's one piece of kit you could not live without?
I think I couldn’t live not doing what I love and training to reach the state I have.
What are your goals for the future?
I am working promoting machinery and a brand-new movement technic (both improved and created for me) focused in the functional training and applied to the crossed muscle chains.

Seniors and clients in general, because that reminds you that you have to keep working and adapting the training to all their new needs
