What drives you?
I'm always open to learn more, always eager to find out the new things in the world of fitness, always trying to stay up to date by attending training courses, workshops and events during the year.
What’s next in training?
I'm really into functional training and yoga. Right now I think that everything goes around these 2 types of training ... first you sweat, then you relax.
What makes you happy?
Sharing my passions with my friends, like yoga events, converts or going out for dinner. I love doing my work, I'm so passionate about it that seeing people improving their physical and psychological condition, makes me so happy.
How do you create balance in your life?
Being always in contact with the people I love, sharing everyday life and always being in motion.
What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?
I'm in love with the resistance band (Casall ones are very good!).
What are your goals for the future?
One of the most important thing is to manage to collaborate with companies like you, companies that inspire me, and hoping to do many awesome things together.
Who inspires you and why?
I don't have someone specifically, but I always try to surround myself with people with positive energy, professionalism from whom I can always learn new things.
