What drives you?
Freedom to move. Learning something new and being able to progress. Short term learning cool things and having a body that can try any sport or activity. Long term having a healthy body that can continue to do great things at an older age.
What’s next in training?
Focusing on mobility, allowing the body freedom to move, extending range of motion. All this with staying quick on the feet and pumping the heart with some cardio.
What makes you happy?
Good company, good food, and adventures. All in quality rather than quantity.
How do you create balance in your life?
I treat life like I’m preparing a meal. Food always tastes better with a proper mix of ingredients, highs and lows it makes the dish or life be all the more enjoyable.
What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?
Tough to say, a football, then maybe the Olympic rings or a yoga mat.
What are your goals for the future?
Always striving to become better, I would love to be able to help others embrace a more balanced lifestyle where they move more and do more with their bodies.
Who inspires you and why?
Different people inspire me, but my parents would have to come first. They always taught me to follow my dreams, to take the path less traveled, to work hard, and overall to have a positive impact on other peoples lives.
