What makes you happy?

Yoga, travelling, feeling fit and healthy and the sunshine!

How do you create balance in your life?

As much as I love to say yes to everything, I have learnt how important it is for me to prioritise making time for my own yoga practice and for hanging out with friends and family so that I have the energy to continue doing the job I love.

What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?

My yoga mat.

What are your goals for the future?

To run a successful yoga studio business and continue to make a career of travelling and teaching yoga.

Who inspires you and why?

My mother. She has been a very poignant role model for me.  She is a strong, driven and independednt woman who has successfully ran her own business whilst also being the most caring and encouraging mother to myself and my 3 siblings.
