What drives you?
I am passionate about people. I strongly feel we should empower each other, share our best with each other, to grow to be a humane, respectful, loving and healthy society. Movement and a healthy lifestyle as well as spirituality play a huge role in achieving this.
What’s next in training?
I love to be playful and intuitive in my trainings, seeing every day as a new chance to explore and discover new things I love and want to share with others. Besides Yoga I am currently very interested in TRX and functional training. Using the own body weight and improving mobility lies at the heart of my trainings.
What makes you happy?
Sharing my love and passion with those around me. Connecting to people. And watching animals - they are so playful and innocent it just opens up my heart.
How do you create balance in your life?
I take self care very seriously. I need my down time to tune inside. I am a very spiritual person. Whether it´s meditation, nature walks or going to a Yin Yoga practice - everything that helps me connect to my higher self and higher guidance is very important to me.
What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?
Foam rolls and pressure point balls are so so good. I rely on them!
What are your goals for the future?
I want to always be a beginner at heart - so constantly exploring and discovering new ways of doing things better is my aim. And to be sharing this with as many souls around me as possible.
Who inspires you and why?
My trainers Tara Stiles and Mike Taylor, founders of Strala Yoga - the holistic movement system I share in my classes. They believe in doing things the easy way, without force and struggle - with a calm mind and open heart. They believe this way of training, moving, being helps us to heal on multiple levels - physically, mentally and spiritually. I could´t agree more and meeting them has changed my approach to life.
