My energy, my passion for sports & movement and my love for people.
What’s next in training?
Holistic Training. A mix of different sports, bodyweight exercises, yoga & meditation that trains your body and mind. Listening more to the body - reconnection with oneself, others and the nature. I also believe in training on instable grounds like on a SUP-Bord or a Surfset Fitness Board. It’s not only fun it’s also the perfect way to disconnect and to work on the deep muscles that stabilize our body and contribute for a good posture.
What makes you happy?
It makes me happy to be with people I love, to be in the nature - especially in the water. And to surf, dance & sing…. to move my body!
How do you create balance in your life?
The ocean and life are both unstable envirements, both bring waves, that we can’t change, but we can choose how to ride them. Approaching life as a surfer waves explaines it quite well: I create balance through listening to my body. Embracing my life with passion & love, commitment, detachment, flow and fun. I also sleep a lot.
What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?
What are your goals for the future?
To inspire more, to love more & to laugh more. And to keep moving and travelling.
Who inspires you and why?
My dad – he was the most positive, open, warm-hearted and energetic person I ever knew. He never complained about anything, instead he always looked at the positive sides of life – and he could find them no matter what!
