Nele Wiese

Yoga Berlin

Nele is warm-hearted, open and empathic and yet also one of those fabulous bundles of energy that needs sports the same way she needs air. As a former competitive athlete, graduate sports scientist, yoga teacher and pelvic floor coach, her large repertoire of sports and experiences shape her lessons today. She creates unique and diverse training programs based on the goals and abilities of each client. The art of Prana Vinyasa Yoga rekindles the power of Movement Meditation, which is an integral part of her training. It helps to arrive and to open up to any form of movement. In addition to the benefits of training, Nele’s positive energy and years of coaching experience provide motivation inside and outside the workout studio. As she says herself, she is “Coaching for Body & Mind.”

What drives you?

My energy, my passion for sports & movement and my love for people.

What’s next in training?

Holistic Training. A mix of different sports, bodyweight exercises, yoga & meditation that trains your body and mind. Listening more to the body - reconnection with oneself, others and the nature. I also believe in training on instable grounds like on a SUP-Bord or a Surfset Fitness Board. It’s not only fun it’s also the perfect way to disconnect and to work on the deep muscles that stabilize our body and contribute for a good posture.

What makes you happy?

It makes me happy to be with people I love, to be in the nature - especially in the water. And to surf, dance & sing…. to move my body!

How do you create balance in your life?

The ocean and life are both unstable envirements, both bring waves, that we can’t change, but we can choose how to ride them. Approaching life as a surfer waves explaines it quite well: I create balance through listening to my body. Embracing my life with passion & love, commitment, detachment, flow and fun. I also sleep a lot.

What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?

My bikini

What are your goals for the future?

To inspire more, to love more & to laugh more. And to keep moving and travelling.

Who inspires you and why?

My dad – he was the most positive, open, warm-hearted and energetic person I ever knew. He never complained about anything, instead he always looked at the positive sides of life – and he could find them no matter what!
