Head Trainer at F45 Tottenham Court Road.

What drives you?

My passion drives me. The health and fitness industry has always been a huge interest of mine so I decided to follow something I was passionate about and work in the industry. If I’m not training myself, I’m training others, watching videos or reading various things about health and fitness. There is always more to learn, I want to use my drive to help others realize their potential and help them with their journeys.

What’s next in training?

I currently training to run 5 marathons in 5 days which is a challenge set by my friend and I. This is completely outside my comfort zone and something I am very much looking forward to tackling. We have 5 weeks until the event and the different type of training is proving very tough but yet enjoyable. I like to vary up my training and push myself, this is great challenge and we are raising money for charity while doing it.

What makes you happy?

I like achieving results, this makes me happy. Whether the results are set for myself or results I have set for my clients. Everyone likes to see results or improvement in themselves but I like to see this in others too.

How do you create balance in your life?

I train hard every week because I enjoy it and I want to become a better version of myself and reach my targets. However, I wouldn’t be able to achieve this without a balanced lifestyle, I like to indulge every now and then, meet friends, go out for dinner or have a dessert. It is important to enjoy all aspects of life.

What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?

I couldn’t live without a good pair of shorts, whether its summer of freezing cold winter, I am always in a pair of shorts. I live in active wear.

What are your goals for the future?

I want to become more knowledgeable in my field, meet new people and learn from everyone. I aim to inspire, help and guide as many people as possible. So, they can reach happiness, looking good and feeling good helps with everything. Whether it’s your job, relationship or social life, being fit and healthy can help.

Who inspires you and why?

Anyone who sets goals and target’s and reaches or exceeds them. People who have an idea or passion and love what they do. Anyone who puts time and effort into something they believe in or want to achieve is admirable. Hard work and dedication in anything is inspiring.
