Julie is the brains behind her new membership wellness site www.truly-julie.com and author of three International best-selling books: Superfoods, Eat Real Food and Superfoods Superfast. Her fourth book, Recharge, is out 4thJanuary. 

Married with four children, Julie divides her time between London and the family estate at Mapperton.

What is your best training tips?

Water, drink lots of water! Your muscles (including your brain) need it.

What's your favorite type of training?

Yoga, of course!

Yoga Wheel for sure!  Helps to open up my back in a safe way. 

What does top perfomance mean to you?

Honestly, for me it means anything that makes you feel good, anything you do that gets those endorphins up.

Giving equal amounts of energy to work, play, others and… YOU!
