What does Forever Better mean to you?
For me, Forever Better means to focus 100% every time I do some sort of training.
How does your training routine look like?
I work out every day except Saturday and Sundays (sometimes I work out on Sundays too). At the end of my work outs I always try to do some stretching for 25 minutes.
What are your goals for the future?
My goal is to become a professional hockey player. I am really enjoying this journey, so it doesn’t matter how long it will take.
What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?
Since I practically live in my workout clothes my kit would be a pair of shorts, compression shorts, t-shirt and a hoody or sweater.
Why is Rest and Recovery important to your performance?
Recovery is just as important as my training, if not more. When you train at such high level it is just as equally important to give the body rest. It is simple, if I do not rest I will not be able to performance on the same level. Rest is KEY!
