What drives you?
Gratefulness for my healthy body and mind, and my responsibility to be here for my children as long as i can.
What’s next in training?
I dont know but I’m hoping it will be more and more people connecting to their physical bodies on energetic levels using visualization ,meditation and recognizing how the entire body system can benefit.
What makes you happy?
Being with my family ,travel and studying yoga from as many teachers as i can!!
How do you create balance in your life?
By not being attached to the outcomes of each day ,knowing i am doing my best in the present moment helps.
What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?
My fascial release balls and doterra oils. Oops thats 2 things :)
What are your goals for the future?
To create my own restorative and wellness retreats, more trainings with my Yin teachers and spend more time in Bali.
Who inspires you and why?
People that take responsibility for the life they want to create.
Schoolteachers that dedicate their time to the children of the world.
Activists that fight for our rights as human beings .
