Setting goals and working towards them. Find inspiration in everything, stop worrying about others opinions.
What's next in training?
Short and super intense workouts! I love a short workout with high efficiency. I also think the holistic view on health and fitness is really taking over. More and more people are becoming aware of the bigger picture and not just extreme diets or quick fixes.
What makes you happy?
Being motivated and not stressed. Hanging out with family and friends but also taking time for myself, working out, meditate and taking good care of my health and skin. I love baking and cooking, it’s a great way to distract my mind from overthinking things.
How do you create balance in your life?
For me it’s super important to eat well and practice mindfulness, but also live a little. If I’m stressed and not eating well, I can tell very soon in the way I’m feeling. It’s also as important to not obsess over what I’m eating or doing. For example I would never step on a scale. Weight is not important at all for me and I would never want to get obsessed over the numbers. Except for that one rule, I try to live without rules. I would never punish myself for eating bad or not working out, just try to make up with extra vitamins or good nutrients afterwards.
What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?
Yoga mat, obviously.
What are your goals for the future?
I want to explore the world, travel everywhere, meet more people, share more stories. I also want to become stronger both physically and mentally. And I would love to start doing more acro-yoga!
Who inspires you and why?
I find inspiration from so many people but especially from the yoga community on instagram. So many girls out there absolutely killing it! Just to name one, Hannah @GypsyOn, who is crazy strong and very open about life and emotions.
