What drives you? What does ‘making a difference’ mean to you?

My hope is to be at service so as to have a positive impact on other individuals, organisms and the planet. By operating at the intersection between psychology and business, I hope to drive change on a psychological level, through business.

Tell us a story from your past that has really shaped you. What did you learn?

My time with the kids at the orphanage I restored in Ghana changed the trajectory of my life. To see all these kids, having literally nothing except their bare clothes, emanate more love and happiness than I had ever done made me understand, if only for a short period of time, that hapiness is non-dependent on most things our society values high.

If you could travel back in time… what piece of advice would to give to yourself ten years ago?

Study harder in school...

What does your morning routine look like? How do you maintain balance in your life? What bio or life hack would you like to share with the world?

I chug down 0.6L of super-lemonated water (I crave it for some reason in the morning), and then eat five eggs and one avocado. On a perfect day, I meditate as well. Then I snuggle with my partner for a couple of minutes before answering mails. Working out every day is my personal key for everything, it’s like panacea.

When are you most happy? Where is your happy place?

In the running trackm or after a challenging, philosophical discussion.

What’s your favorite type of training? Why is training important for you and your career?

10+kilometers is my love. Other than that, heavy deadlifts and bench press. Training is one of the two or three most important components of my life – great relationships included.

What’s next? What are your ambitions for the future?

Well, I’d like to start the new Headspace app or something related to health, mental or physical. But for the next two years, getting my degrees in a proper manner and giving love to my partner is my A priority!
