What drives you? What does ‘making a difference’ mean to you?
Using the resources at hand making the best out of the given situation. For example we changed the very definition of the word “nerd” as a marketing campaign for one of our clients, with almost zero budget.
Tell us a story from your past that has really shaped you. What did you learn?
I was the team captain for my hockey team AIK, which most definitely shaped the way I act as a leader at work today.
If you could travel back in time… what piece of advice would to give to yourself ten years ago?
Coming to realize that ten years isn’t that long ago. Feels like yesterday. So my advice would probably be that time travels fast, make sure that it matters.
What does your morning routine look like? How do you maintain balance in your life? What bio or life hack would you like to share with the world?
200 pushups, 200 squats and an hour run. Nah, just kidding. I eat breakfast, shower and go to work. However, I did hack my breakfast with overnight oats for a while – but that’s long gone now.
When are you most happy? Where is your happy place?
When I achieve some kind of balance in my life. Successfully combining friends, family, love life, working out and career. And eating of course, I love eating.
What’s your favorite type of training? Why is training important for you and your career?
Every type of training that contains a dimension of competition is my type of training. I love competing, whether it’s crossfit, hockey or golf.
What’s next? What are your ambitions for the future?
Muscle ups! And to handstand like a pro.
