Prioritize quality over quantity in training and movements in general. Make sure to target your weaknesses, listen to your body’s reaction and learn how to breath properly.
What's your favorite type of training?
Unilateral movements incorporated in a circuit type of training. Unilateral movements because that’svery functional and similar to human movements outside the gym, and circuits because it’s time efficient and you get a really good workout in just 15-30 minutes.

HIT weight vest. Once you master the body weight movements in three planes of motion the weight vest offers a perfect external load and variability. Pair the weight vest with a medicine ball and you can come a long way!
What does top perfomance mean to you?
Top performance is different for everyone. All of us wants to be able to function and perform at a top level no matter if your aim is elite sports or everyday life. The only difference is that the risk is way higher in elite sports, and the athletes are willing to risk everything to compete at that level. To me top performance is to be able to have an athletic body and lifestyle, that allows me to do close to anything I want.

Throughout the life you can always improve and learn, whether that’s knowledge or physical ability. Don’t stress out because you’re not where you want to be – you got plenty of time get there one step and day at the time.
What does Life in Balance mean to you?
That you have the ability and awareness to stop and listen to your body and your surroundings. Do you need to stress down? Rest? Get moving? Stretch? Work? Spend time on your relationships? Being true to yourself is a good navigation tool to what you need.
