What does Forever Better mean to you?
Always to be number 1 and at the top of my game.
How does your training routine look like?
I train 15 sessions a week with one of Australia’s best trainer Tony Del Vecchio at Bondi Boxing club in Sydney. My training is a mix between boxing, sparring, sprints and strength training.
What are your goals for the future?
I want to be a World Champion.
What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?
I can’t do without my boxing gloves, rollers and trigger balls.
Why is Rest and Recovery important to your performance?
Since my body gets put under a lot of impact from hard training and punching recovery is really important. At the moment I do foam rolling, cryotherapy and massage.
