Feel me in contact with the ocean and nature. Feel me active, in movement. Fight for new projects and find new ways of learning.
How do you create balance in your life?
My work needs a lot of dedication and a constant constancy. So I need to equilibrate this with me three pillars: Sport – nature – good Nutrition.
What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?
Reward: I love to work hard but I need reward to keep going.
What are your goals for the future?
To inspire people and bring to them the conscience of a healthy life.
