My main motivation is to get better everyday in my Area of sportsscience and physiology, applying it daily on my Clients and PatientsJ

Preparing for my next MMA fight my focus is on High intensity Training and heavy weights including sprints and Olympic lifting.
What makes you happy?
To do what I love and that’s movement and being able to move like I want to.
How do you create balance in your life?
Finding a good way of training, relaxing, hiking, and spend time in the nature,

… probably my phone :D
