What drives you?
What drives me is not a goal in particular, it’s the path of life that I enjoy, it’s not hard at all for me to train everyday, yoga or CrossFit or running, and to eat what makes me feel happy and balanced. It’s the well-being that I feel that keeps me doing it.
What’s next in training?
I really want to keep working on getting better every day at flexibility, strength, balance, and not only in my physical body, but also in my energetic body, and in my spirit.
What makes you happy?
My dog makes me happy, positive people makes me happy, taking care of people I love makes me happy, being thankful makes me happy
How do you create balance in your life?
Meditation, training, reading, having discipline in my daily routines, waking up early every morning, getting good and enough sleep…
What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?
…maybe a jump rope, and a Yoga mat.
What are your goals for the future?
Maybe I could say to get better in strength, and better at flexibility and better at knowing myself outside and inside. I’d love to become a better athlete and a better human being.
Who inspires you and why?
The first person I admired (about sports and training) was Arnold Schwarzenegger, since I stared lighting weights, then I found very inspiring for me Rich Froning Jr. From Australia, and also Sri. K Pattabbi Jois as a Yoga Guru who brought the Ashtanga Yoga to the east.
