"Urban Art Run brings running and urban art together to inspire people to discover the art in their city while being active. Urban Art Runs are organized for various communities of runners in Berlin. They are designed for runners of all levels and backgrounds. Its really fun to run 5 - 10 km with short stops and to hear from founder Laurent Petit inspiring stories about the urban art „pieces“ on the walls of Berlin. There are a lot of routs in different parts of Berlin. Sports vs. creativity and education."

“Becycle is a very nice, modern, elegant and cozy boutique studio in Berlin - Mitte. They honor the mind - body - spirit connection and employ a holistic approach. Here you can find different classes: cycling, yoga, barre, pilates, and HIIT. It’s nice to visit this studio with a bit more time because just from being there you feel already balanced, healthy and beautiful. Especially HIIT and Barre workouts are the burn.”

RIDE BERLIN

"This is a full - body cycling and in general a full-body workout on the bike where endurance and strength training by integrating upper body exercises are combined in intense 50 minutes. Your body changes a lot, your mind and core become much stronger (because this workout is really not the easiest). After every cycling class you feel completely energized, joyful, proud of yourself and motivated for the whole day."

"This is a modern, very clean and cool cafe. They offer breakfasts like matcha yoghurt, fruits and granola as well as some bowls, smoothies, juices and sweets. Unfortunately their food - packaging is plastic. The taste of their coffee, breakfasts, drinks and sweets is good."
