Pilates Ball is strength and mobility training with focus on concentration, balance, breath and relaxation with a heavily focus on core and stability. The ball is used to increase the intensity in some of the exercises and to challenge your balance.

Soften the muscles with self-massage. Trigger Point is a class involving myofascial self-massage to soften the body`s muscles and fascia. Equipment used is tube roll and pressure point ball. In combination with different release techniques and dynamic mobility exercises, this will help you to increase your ability of performance. The use to tube roll and pressure point ball can reduce the risk of injury when working out.
