What drives you? What does "does making a difference" mean to you?
Making a difference means to me to try your very best. Im a strong believer of the saying ”no-one can do everything but everyone can do something” the important thing is that you try.
Tell us a story from your past that has really shaped you. What did you learn?
Starting my own company has really shaped me in many different ways, there is no school that teaches you how to do it so you have to learn by doing. And during this past 8 years I have learned a lot. The most important lesson is to trust your gut feeling, it usually tells me where to go. Privately becoming a mother really shaped me a lot also, all of a sudden you have someone else that always comes first hand and its a good lesson of what is important in life and not.
If you could travel back in time… what piece of advice would to give to yourself ten years ago?
I really don’t know to be honest, I think I was a quite happy 25 year old girl.
What does your morning routine look like?
Im not really a morning type of person so usually I stay in bed until the very last minute so I’m ALWAYS in a hurry in the morning! Getting the kids ready for school, getting my self ready and also clean up the house after breakfast etc is an impossible task for me, haha. The house always looks like a bomb exploded when I leave with the kids.
How do you maintain balance in your life?
Me and my family try to travel as often we can. Traveling is fuel for me. Im always looking for a new place to visit or dreaming about my next vacation. For me this is very important, and when I get back from a Holliday I feel full of inspiration and ready for new challenges.
What advice or life hack would you like to share with the world?
My father told me a couple years ago; It’s better to ask for forgiveness then to ask for permission. (Det är bättre att be om förlåtelse än att be om lov. Vet inte om min översättning är korrekt). I think this is brilliant! Of course you can’t apply this on everything but in many cases this is really a good advice to keep in mind. For me it means that you shouldn’t be afraid of taking place.
When are you most happy? Where is your happy place?
When I’m at our family summer house with my whole closest and extended family.
What’s your favorite type of training?
My friends would probably laugh if they are readying this but now a days I really like running! Have in mind that I had never ever run as a part of training only a year ago.
What does your training routine look like? Why is training important for your career?
Unfortunatly I don’t really have a routine but I recently joined my friends brilliant gym, SPR CITY, so my plan is to go to their classes at least 1-2 times per week from now one.
Training is important for my career since It clears my head and gives me fuel and energy!
What’s next? What are your ambitions for the future?
Privately my ambition is to be better to leave work aside from time to time and 100 % focus on my kids and family. Im also dreaming of buying a summer house in the south of France but for that to happen I need to work more, haha, it doesn’t add up!
