What does Forever Better mean to you?
For me Forever Better means that you should always achieve to be the best version of yourself, to be passionate about your own wellbeing and that you can be whatever you want!
How does your training routine look like?
I'm that kind of person who loves to try new training forms and go and train on new places. But my daily training routine is mostly to start my day of with some calm yoga, then I loves to take a dance class or some other fitness class that I feel like that day. Sometime I feel like some sweaty kickboxing and other days just more relaxing yoga, I try to listen to my mind and body.
What are your goals for the future?
I have so many different dreams and goals for my future, I'm a big dreamer and thinker with very high ambitions. But my main big dream is to have my passion as my work. I would to travel the world to get inspired and to connect with people that share my passion.
What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?
The yoga mat! Just because you can take that with you everywhere and train your whole body in different ways that fits you that day.
Why is Rest and Recovery important to your performance?
Without rest and recovery my body doesn't function, I have learned that by my dancing career where I just pushed my body until it didn't work anymore. Then I understood the importance of taking care and listen to your body. That you cannot develop if you don't allow yourself to rest.
