What does Forever Better mean to you?
To train more and harder than your opponent’s every day, every session even when you are sore and tired.
How does your training routine look like?
14-16 sessions a week, 9 paddling, 4 running and 2-3 gym sessions. Mostly hard and long intervals, both speed, endurance and strength!
What are your goals for the future?
To be the best in the world in my sport. To stand on the top of the podium at the world championship 2019!
What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?
My music kit, phone and headphones.
Why is Rest and Recovery important to your performance?
This is where your body recover and starts to build up again. This is where my body gets back on track stronger and better. You need to take your rest seriously if you want to be the best. In rest days: Eat, sleep, repeat.
