Forever Better for me signifies that I will keep on accomplishing my goals, not matter how long it will take. However, I will do so in the most healthy environment and state that I can possible have. This for instance means taking care of myself when getting small injuries and taking care of my body regularly in order to avoid being injured.

The kit that I cannot live without is my family. They are the ones that are always with my during tough times and great ones. They follow me everywhere, even during competitions in another country. I am so grateful to have them and I love them very much.
