What drives you?
To inspire and change people’s lives with physical training as a vehicle is something that lies very close to my heart. Therefore, my biggest motivation is to help people find their inner fitness joy, which contributes to a more well-being and healthier Sweden.
What's next in training?
I have several new fitness concepts which I plan to introduce next semester. One of my plans is to start a boxing class for women and run a Bootcamp for all ages and levels. With regards to my own fitness regime the goal is to continue develop my boxing and running skills.
What makes you happy?
For me training consistently gives me joy and spending time with family, friends.
How do you create balance in your life?
While my own fitness regime and work duties take up considerable time, I find relaxation in spending time with those closest to me and through yoga and meditation.
What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?
What are your goals for the future?
My biggest goal is to continue to develop my fitness philosophy which has been highly successful and spread it around the world.
Who inspires you and why?
Sonki Hong really inspires and pushes me to reach new heights, since we share a similar fitness philosophy and have more or less the same target group.
