What drives you?
Passion, purpose and love are my driving forces and life “mottos”.
I believe that Good is the Enemy of Great…if you settle at being “good”, you’ll have less fun, break the journey and never reach your potential. This requires real passion and love for what you do and creates means of “purpose” in life. “Purpose” is my essential “reason why”, it is my motivating force, my invigorating energy and my inner fuel that fires my engines. Purpose is what drives me to do what I already do – and want to keep doing it.
What’s next in training?
The union of body and mind, which also involves flexibility and improvement of the inner muscle groups. I believe that a crucial ingredient to happiness is a combination of good mental and physical health. To achieve this, there are many benefits in the yoga practice. It provides a structured system of deliberate practice involving physical and mental challenges.
What makes you happy?
To move, to inspire and get inspired, to overcome small obstacles every day and never stop learning, sharing and allowing myself to be me…
How do you create balance in your life?
To actually have a life!! I consider myself lucky to have a family that has nothing to do with what I do…they help me not getting stuck in my “bubble”.
What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?
Can I mention 3? Muscle roller, trigger point ball and my yoga wheel… they’re my best friends!!
What are your goals for the future?
To continuously learn and improve. To share with others and hopefully make a difference. To inspire and have fun along the way…
Who inspires you and why?
People that I admire and respect. People who dare, have drive and want to make a difference, keeping a humble and easy attitude.
