What drives you?
The passion and love for what I do. I want to be the best dancer and human being I can be.
What's next in training?
We are on holidays at work at the moment, but I like keep doing cross training such as pilates, gyrotonic, and aqua fitness. I have my daily workout as well. My goal is to stay strong to prevent any kind of injuries.
What makes you happy?
When I feel that I’ve done my best. It makes me happy and grateful knowing that I have wonderful people in my life, and I feel lucky to be doing what I love to do for life.
How do you create balance in your life?
Being in the present. I’m fully there at work and pushing my limits everyday, and I’m fully home and be there for my fiancé. I like going to spa and yoga classes to give opportunities to relax my mind and body.
What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?
Foam roller. I always travel with my roller.
What are your goals for the future?
I want to be the best I can be. I would like to share and contribute my talents with and to the society.
Who inspires you and why?
Sorella Englund, my mentor. She never gives up on life. I’ve learnt and inspired to be genuine, generous, courageous, kind, and always get back up no matter how hard I fall.
