Get inspired to move with Ari

Ari is an Group Exercise instructor, Fitness Expert and Personal Trainer and has over 22 years of experience. He teaches classes at SATS in Stockholm and its everything from Yoga, Pilates, Dance, Step, Cardio, HIIT, Strength, Cycle... You name it, he teaches them all. 

Ari is an GX (group exercise) instructor, Fitness Expert and Personal Trainer and has been so the last 22 years of his life. Ari teaches classes at SATS in Stockholm and his classes range from Yoga, Pilates, Dance, Step, Cardio, HIIT, Strength, Cycle... You name it, he teaches them all and around 25 times per week.

During the weekends he educates new instructors in many different products within the Nordic countries. He works as a Nordic Master Trainer and educate people in Piloxing in China. 

Ari has several times been awarded for his work as an instructor both internationally and nationally and was also voted Best Instructor of Year 2017 two times.

At the age of 7 he started to dance and quickly this became his passion. Ari started to compete and during many years he was one of the top competitors in Sweden in a dance called "Dubbelbugg". His passion grew so he decided to start dancing both Ballet and Jazz to be able to "learn" as much as possible.

Today Ari travels the World to get inspired and to inspire other people. He´s living his passion.

What is your best training tips?

A little is better than nothing.

What's your favorite type of training?

Depends on the day but BodyBalance is, and has always been, my favorite class to attend.

Best Casall tool and why?

Without a doubt the Super Rubber Band since one can do so many different things with it. And, it´s easy to bring as you travel.

What does top performance mean to you?

Versatility! To be able to do basically everything with your body. Not only being strong or flexible, but both. For me being both strong, flexible and with a good endurance is Top Performance.

What does Forever Better mean to you?

To always try to do better than yesterday isn´t very easy if you workout almost everyday. But to always do your best, not more, not less, that is something everyone can do and makes you happy about yourself and makes you go "I did my best, I feel super and I can do this again".

Who inspires you?

Not necessarily only one specific person inspires me but rather the people that I see in my classes. The ones that come every week, month after month, year after year and they get better in what they do, stronger and more flexible. And for myself, when I need inspiration I often turn to Instagram:))
