Canadian Karolina Schmid is a PMA Certified Pilates Teacher and a Yoga Aliance Certified 500 Hour Yoga Teacher. She is based in Zürich, Switzerland where she runs her own teacher training company, PILATESwiss.

What is your best training tips?

My best training tips are to search for the fun in each workout. A day when you‘re not motivated just fake it: endorphins kick in if you just start and you‘ll be on your way in no time.

What's your favorite type of training?

Women should do free weights! Pilates and free weights are my absolute favorites.

I love the Hybrid Jacket! When I am in Northern Canada or in the Swiss alps, cold mornings on the bike are so much better with small design detail like thumb holed jackets.

What does top perfomance mean to you?

Top performance means floating out of your workout feeling blissed out and taller than you walked in.

What is the best tips on how to stay motivated?

Always look for new fun things to do. If you’re having fun during your workout, it's a energized gift to yourself. 

On days when you don't feel motivated, fake it. Just start and before you know it, the endorphins kick in and you’ll be on your way. 

What does Forever Better mean to you?

It's about constantly trying to improve both in life and in training. Trying to be Forever Better and not appologies for ones success.

As a teacher it's important to give 100% to your students but at the same time put aside time and energy for your loved ones at home.
