What is your best training tips?

Always go for quality before quantity. Learn how to listen to your body and identify your weak spots and work on them. Challenge yourself and be open to learning new things.

What's your favorite type of training?

I always had a weak spot for explosive workouts, consisting of Speed, agility and strenght. Antoher go to workout is circuit training consisting of functional movements.

Best Casall tool and why?

I have to Say the PRF Multi Balance Trainer. Its easy to take with me anywhere I go and I can do everything from, Strength, Balance, Mobility, 1 on 1 drills and much more with it.

What does top performance mean to you?

I have the fortune to witness one form of true top performance every other day in an elite environment when I’m working with my athletes.

But top performance can be so many things!

So top performance for me is basically you putting down the work and effort, so you can give yourself the best chance to live as healthy, active and balanced life as possible.

Who inspires you?

I can’t really point out only one person or one thing that inspires me. Everything in my surrounding inspires me. My wife, my family, friends and all the great athletes and clients I have and had the opportunity to help and meet is my inspiration.

What does Forever Better mean to you?

For me, Forever Better means to always try to develop yourself every day. Anything from your mental balance, expand your knowledge, pushing yourself physically, be a better fellow human, dare to exploring new things and getting out of your comfort zone.

Forever Better for me is to always strive to be the best version of yourself, always try to improve yourself. And try to develop yourself every day.
